Editorial & Fact-Checking Policy

At loftiagameguide.wiki, we hold ourselves to rigorous editorial standards. We believe game wikis should be trustworthy technical references, not bloated search-engine spam.

1. Fact Verification Hierarchy

Every piece of data published on our site is evaluated through a strict three-tier verification hierarchy:

1. Tier 1 (Official First-Party Data): Direct statements, patch notes, developer diaries, and official livestreams from Qloud Games.
2. Tier 2 (Empirical Playtesting): Verifiable in-game test results from closed alphas, betas, and demo builds (e.g. measuring exact growth minutes using calibrated timers).
3. Tier 3 (Community Submissions): Data submitted by community players must be independently reproduced before integration into our database tables.

2. Strict Anti-Low-Quality & Anti-Spam Rules

We strictly prohibit:

• Fabricating weapons, monsters, or combat stats that do not exist in Loftia's non-violent solarpunk universe.
• Publishing speculative release dates or pricing until officially verified by Qloud Games.
• Generating hollow programmatic placeholder pages with thin or duplicated content.
• Scraping competitor wiki text or imagery without attribution or transformation.

3. Corrections & Discrepancy Policy

Game balance frequently shifts during Early Access. When an update modifies crop prices, battery capacities, or NPC schedules:

• We update the affected database tables within 24–48 hours of official patch deployment.
• We document significant balance changes in our public Patch Notes timeline.
• If an error is discovered in our interactive calculators, corrections are pushed immediately with a revision note.
